W21’s lease was terminated December 31, 2007 following ten years of programs on the Railyard and six years as the CCA Teen Project.
  
 FUN-RAISING FOR A NEW FACILITY
The total campaign is $3,555,000. Total raised to date is $2,896,079 outside of general operations.
  
 DEMOLITION
 of Warehouse 21 occurred April 24 2007 after a four-month cultural void. The current site and former parking lot is being developed for new infrastructure such as water, sewer, electrical lines, a road and a commercial building. 
  
 WHERE IS THE NEW BUILDING GOING TO BE LOCATED?
 The site is located temporarily off of Paseo de Peralta in our current parking lot on parcel lot B2, Track 5 on the Railyard. The footprint is 8,719 sq ft with a design accommodating a 15,066sq ft two level building. It will be next to the tracks…imagine Commuter Rail!
  
 WHEN IS CONSTRUCTION?

 RELOCATION WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
 Our administrative headquarters have been in a temporary mobile office trailer within our new site plaza off Paseo de Peralta since January. It has been important to keep a presence on the Railyard during this remarkable transition. We will vacate Trailer 21 at end of July. W21 will be warehouse-less until a new facility is built but will continue to do events around town.
  
 HOW ABOUT THE SILKSCREEN STUDIO?
 The former Print Shanty, now known as AFTER SHOCK, moved to Siler Rd where we are currently doing printmaking and fashion design – a place to sell creative youth products. Within this building are Taiko and Marimba drummers, a pop-up book publishing, Earthcare International, Earth’s Birthday and Roller Printer. Creative Arts Space: 1235 Siler Road - Santa Fe , NM 87507 .
  
 HOW ABOUT OTHER EVENTS SUCH AS CONCERTS AND THEATER?
 We have been sharing other venues through creative collaborations Around Town and occupied the former Club Luna, aka The MOON from April- July 2007. Thank you to Wiv Co, for their generosity.
